Large Studio Guesthouse, brand new, near Central Avenue attractions St Pete. 10 minutes to Treasure Island Beaches. Month by Month. Fenced in yard with fruit trees and vegetables. Shared laundry in backyard. 2 patios. Free parking. Perfect for traveling nurses or those new to the city. Pets considered, as my attention- hungry indoor/outdoor cat will share the yard . Bicyclists! Pinellas trail runs behind house, great to bike into town or over to St Pete Beach!

Great for what we needed

We needed a temporary stay between long term rentals. It really had everything we needed and felt very cozy and private. Full size appliances in the kitchen is very rare to have and something hotels cant give you. Appreciated the hospitality.

10/10 great place great host.

Place was very clean and conveniently located close enough to downtown without all the traffic and noise. The hosts were extremely helpful with every little thing I needed. It was a perfect stay.
