As for location, Gulfport is conveniently located between downtown St Pete and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate its proximity to the Pinellas Trail while beachgoers will be delighted by the best beaches in the US nearby.
NOTES: 1) Pets are not allowed. 2) Children under 12 are not allowed. 3) Operating a commercial enterprise from the property is not permitted. 4) For guest safety, there are external cameras monitoring the entrances to the property.

Perfect get-a-way

Property was very clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, lots of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Private back yard. Would consider renting this property again. Description of property in the listing is 100% correct.

Perfect Getaway

This property was the perfect place. The host was friendly and responsive. The house was clean and well cared for. It was in an awesome location between the beach and downtown.
