Step into a completely remodeled Lake home with an oversized Kitchen, Dining Room Living room and Game Room! 4 Bedrooms & 2 Full Bathrooms! Must See Pics! Spend your days Swimming Eating Playing Games Laying in the Sun and siiting by the Fire Pit at night underneath the stars! If you have never seen the night sky away from the big cities its worth a look!

No reason to leave but if you do be sure to enjoy the Town of Lake Placid which offers micro brewery and wine a bar as well as many hometown restaurants! There are multiple Wine Vinyards to choose from within a few miles drive as well!

If you love the water and could use some down time be sure to check out this hidden gem just a couple hours drive from Miami, Ft Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Ft Meyers & Tampa!

This fully stocked Lake House was awesome and our family enjoyed everything about it from start to finish! It was very clean and we loved the open kitchen, the dock for fishing, the firepit for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset, and we all were very comfortable. The Owner was wonderful to deal with which was an added bonus right from the start.

Fabulous Week!

The house is beautiful and the set up is perfect for a family stay. There was everything we needed to cook meals including a grill. We celebrated an 80th birthday with a close neighbor, sat in the sun, caught some fish, ate great food and walked it off around the lake. Will stay again!

Quiet, peaceful large property

The property was beautiful and in excellent condition, the owners were welcoming and had well supplied everything that was necessary. We found the area a bit quiet for what we were looking for, but it was an excellent spot to search for a home for sale data.

Book it!

Anyone interested in gutting their house and completely remodeling it with a contemporary layout, expensive kitchen, and comfortable living room should rent this house and take notes. Although the pictures are intriguing, it’s hard to fully appreciate this property without laying eyes on it. Our family enjoyed coffee on the dock in the morning, beautiful sunsets over the lake, cooking meals together, playing games, and being in close proximity to the quaint town of Lake Placid. We loved this house and will forever remember this as one of our best holiday vacations. Thank you to the owners for such a wonderful way to spend a week during the holidays.
