Large townhome in quiet established neighborhood in Bryan.

4 large bedrooms, 2 downstairs, 2 upstairs. 3 bathrooms, 2 downstairs, 1 upstairs.

The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, dishes, utensils, small appliances (toaster, hot water kettle, crockpot, blender, rice cooker), pots/pans, wine bottle opener and 8 wine glasses.
We offer a drip coffee pot with coffee filters, (coffee is not provided).

Extra table and chairs are available in closet if needed.

Children are welcome, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, child gate, baby monitor, high chair, children plates, bowls and cups with lids.

Iron, ironing board and steamer located in master room closet.

Charcoal grill outdoors with grill supplies provided for every guest stay (charcoal not provided). Outdoor table with umbrella and 6 chairs.

Foosball table downstairs is just off the dining room with additional games for guests of all ages. Game room offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, a standup fan and smart TVs.
All our TVs have the latest streaming apps that guests can use to log into their own accounts.

Washer and dryer located in the garage. Towels and linens are professionally laundered and replaced after every guest.

This is a self service home, we provide paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Also provided, dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, bleach, dryer sheets and Clorox wipes.

Security cameras located on front and back of house for your safety and security.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect place to stay for our family of three! Didn’t have to share a bathroom with my son so that was really nice! Great space and much roomier than pictured. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Quick access to restaurants and the college.

Excellent!

This property is as advertised. It has everything you need. It is an older property but it is very clean and has been updated nicely. The beds were comfortable and it was easy getting in and finding it.

Graduation trip

We came to Bryan for A&M graduation. House was great! Beds were comfortable, kitchen accommodations were great…can’t say enough great things about this rental. If we have to come back to Bryan, we’ll be looking for this booking.

Perfect stay near A&M!

My family and I stayed here for the corps of cadets final review weekend at A&M. Check in was so easy, it was easy to find and in a nice quiet neighborhood in Bryan only about a 10 minute drive to the middle of campus. It was decorated so beautifully, The beds were comfortable, the house was very spacious and provided absolutely everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend. I highly recommend the space and I hope that we can book it again in the future!

Cute Bungalow close to Texas A&M

Surprisingly roomy and well appointed. We had everything we needed for Aggie Ring weekend. Comfortable with enough room to feed a small crowd.

Inviting , beautiful home

I’ve stayed in many short term rental properties over the years, this was my absolute favorite! The furnishings and decor were so pretty and tasteful! You felt clean , because it was very clean and had everything you needed. Thanks for your attention to detail for your guests. A++ in our book!

Working trip to Bryan

Home was nice and clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was a little tight on the road and in back for two cars. Some of the screens looked as if they had been pride in order to remove just FYI for owner I tried washing a load of clothes and the water never did go into machine. Air conditioner was nice and.
