The house and grounds are lovely, the pictures of the house are very accurate, showing the eclectic/antique decor and the modern kitchen. The kitchen and house are well equipped and were very comfortable for our family group of five adults. There are plenty of linens and towels and there were ample supplies of paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms are nicely renovated and the outdoor shower is excellent (and private). The third bedroom, with the full bed, is a bit cramped as currently configured, (a smaller bed frame, even with the same size bed, would free up several square feet, and maybe it would work better to have the bed against the wall, with only one nightstand). The grounds, a corner lot, are more extensive than we expected, and nicely landscaped. There is no deer fence, so we did spot deer on the property several times during our month-long stay. The location is very convenient by car to shopping and a quick drive to the Hampton Bays beaches. The hosts left excellent instructions and were also very responsive if we had questions. Highly recommend.
