What makes this property unique
This is a rare property for the area, with no homeowners association, you can walk out the back door into a private backyard with no neighbors, just peaceful nature, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower - then head into any of the nearby resort towns for other activities.
Just 7 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk.
Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, Dewey Beach, and Ocean City Maryland are a short drive. Mix with the crowds then come home to serenity.
Less than 3 miles to Dicken's Theatre and Good Earth Market, Four Acres Alpacas, Bennet Orchards, Salted Vine Vineyards, Botanical Gardens, and Animal Sanctuaries. Short drive to the Freeman Stage. Other guests have remarked it's a great location to see everything. The house is comfortable and unique with beautiful artwork and decorations.
