Love the cabin very nice. We love to stay at places that have a hot tubes we love the hot tub too. Had a good time. And was able to get place in a reasonable amount of time Love are stay. Thank you for having g us.

Love staying here! In fact, this was our fourth stay in this cabin. It is like home away from home. The place was clean and uncluttered. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. The blackout curtains were a fabulous upgrade in the bedrooms.

The cabin was very basic even a little less than basic. No drawers in bedroom for clothes except end table, shelf in closet was too high.Bed was extremely comfortable after you get used to the rustling of the plastic covering the mattress and a kurig would have been nice.Over all isn't wasn't bad, but I have stayed at nicer places for similar price, so no need to revisit this one.I tried to contact host for lost checkout instructions, but all I got was a auto generated response, so we winged it.A note to the host, there is a large piece if metal sticking out from the sleeper sofa.Someone could easily get hurt.

Thanks for staying with us, Karen! Not sure what "less than basic" means :) No where in the listing or in the photos does it mention or show drawers for clothes. There are closets. The listing also mentions a "standard coffee pot" and the photos show that coffee pot. There is no mention or photo of a Keurig. As we mentioned to you in response to your message, the check out instructions are posted on the refrigerator and were also sent to you via VRBO messenger. I would definitely recommend reading through the listing and the photos of any property that you are booking to make sure that the amenities you are hoping to have are included as part of your stay :) Hope you all had a great time in the Smokies!
