Three cozy bedrooms -

Bedroom One: 9’ x 11’. Offers a queen-sized bed, desk, and captivating views of the lake and mountains for a truly relaxing ambiance. Features a small closet and dresser.

Bedroom Two: 9.5’ x 10’. Twin bunk beds provide a charming view of the gardens, ensuring peaceful slumber. Features closet and two dressers. Kids toys and books can be located here. This room has the most negative space, perfect for a pop up crib.

Bedroom Three: 9.5’ x 11.5’. Another queen-sized bed, equally blessed with magnificent views of the lake and mountains, perfect for appreciating nature’s beauty. This room has a small closet and a wall of dressers.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for culinary enthusiasts, ready to facilitate anything from a quick breakfast to a lavish dinner.

Three Season Sunroom: An adaptable three-season space; cozy with a fireplace in winter and open to refreshing breezes in summer, it seamlessly blends indoor comfort with the splendor of nature.

Front Porch with Swing: A serene spot for unwinding and soaking in the surroundings.

Playground: Joyful entertainment for the younger guests right at your doorstep.

Back Porch with Firepit: An ideal locale for memorable evenings, equipped with cozy seating and a picnic table.

Dock Space: Engage in lake activities or relax by the water with available kayaks and comfortable seating.

✅ House Rules & Guidelines:

Septic System: Only toilet paper should be flushed to maintain the system’s integrity.

Indoor Shoe Policy: Please remove shoes indoors to keep our home clean for future guests.

Quiet Hours (10 PM - 7 AM): Lower noise levels to preserve the peaceful lake atmosphere; fines for noise disturbances will be passed on.

No Indoor Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside; an ashtray is provided on the back porch.

Visitor Policy: Please note that no more than two additional day visitors beyond your booking are allowed, to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Fire Safety: Always supervise the use of the fireplace and firepit, ensuring fires are completely extinguished afterward.

Countertop & Furniture Care: Utilize cutting boards and trivets on countertops, and treat all furnishings with respect.

Wildlife Precautions: Use bear-proof bins for trash; exercise caution during winter ice activities.

🐾 Pet Guidelines:

Relief Areas: The grass in our lakefront backyard is newly renovated and is not to be used for pet relief. Please use the front yard or take your pet for a walk for relief needs.

Wipe Paws: Clean your pet's paws with the provided towels and wipes every time you enter from outside to keep the indoors clean.

Furniture Care: Pets are welcome on furniture if a provided blanket, located in the credenza, is laid down first, except on brown leather chairs, where pets are not allowed.

Leash Policy: For the safety of your pet and local wildlife, keep your dog leashed at all times.

Clean Up: Use the provided poop bags to clean up after your pet. Bags are located near the front door.

Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended in the house. This helps prevent anxiety-related behaviors and ensures their safety.

Damages: Only house-trained and well-behaved pets are permitted. Any damages or accidents caused by pets will result in a bill for the repairs.

Initial Arrival: Upon arrival, walk your dog to relieve themselves before entering the house to help them adjust to the new environment.

Pet Deposit: A pet deposit may be required based on your dog's number, weight, and description. Please discuss the details with us prior to check-in.

Check-In at 3 PM: Access your serene retreat smoothly with the provided entry code.

Check-Out by 10 AM: We strive to make your vacation as carefree as possible. While we hope you fully immerse in the enjoyment of your stay, we kindly ask that you leave our home tidy and secure, treating it with the same care as your own. This respect helps us continue offering a wonderful experience to each guest who visits.
