This cozy lake front log cabin, built in the 1940's, is under an hour from NYC! There's such character with this home. You can spend your mornings drinking coffee on the deck overlooking the lake and spend your evenings relaxing with a warm fire. There is a primary bedroom with a king bed, the loft bedroom with a full bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Quiet, restful and relaxing! *while directly on lake, with beautiful views, no lake access permitted for renters. Bubbling springs lake is close is close as is Mountain Creek. Excellent hiking trails nearby.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave key on the hook and lock bottom lock on front door as you check out. Also please lock back sliding glass doors and shut all windows.
Please gather all used towels and leave in bathtub.
Trash/recycling can be left in cans in the shed. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties- renter needs to be on premises and over 21 years old ($400 charge). House is very close to neighbors/ pls be aware of noise. No pets $100
Only 3 parking spots in driveway. NO street parking. No smoking $400 charge for cleaning. Lost a/c or tv remote $100 ea. Guest responsible for damage.
NO lake / beach access for renters. Failure to comply will result in mid-stay cancellation with no refund.
