The clean and modern Coral Beach CONDO ~
• 2 full bedrooms (1 King ~ 2 Doubles)
• 2 full baths with separated sink areas
• Ocean/Beach views from all rooms
• Fully equipped kitchen
• High speed WIFI Internet
• 32” Smart TV's in all rooms
• In-condo Washer / Dryer
• Fully air-conditioned and smoke-free
• Beach chairs, towels and a cooler available for your enjoyment.
• Solar power pack (10 hours? depending on use) for the refrigerator, a fan and electronics in case of an outage. It's not perfect but, most units have nothing.
NOTE: Puerto Rico has very fragile power/water grids and, unfortunately, outages do happen. Our complex has generators for the elevators and hallway lights only. They are not allowed in the individual units. If this could be a big problem for you, we suggest staying in a resort that has full generator power.

• And… close to almost anything else that you could need in order to make your vacation getaway ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.

Great location right on the beach. Beautiful water and sand. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Loved the two master bedrooms. It’s a great set up for two couples or a family. Very safe area and building. Super clean and well appointed with all the supplies you would need.Very close to a number of restaurants and a casino and stores. If we ever return to Puerto Rico, we’d stay again.

The check-in was exactly as advertised. The Matas were very responsive to questions. The views from the 18th floor of the Isla Verde beach were soooo nice each morning. We had A wonderful time.

This condo is perfect for 2 couples!

My husband and I stayed here, with another couple, and it was perfect, we could walk to many places, we rented a car and it has a parking spot below the building! The condo is extremely clean! We will be back!

Great stay

Large, clean, and well-equipped condo. Location directly on beach and close to stores and restaurants. Large, clean swimming pool. Had one day with a power outage but condo had a battery pack that was easy to use and provided electricity for everything but the air conditioning. Communication with the owners was superb. Would recommend it and would stay here again.

Very Nice Condo top of the line, spectacular view of the beach and city, Richard and Juli are great host, if they are not super hosts they will be soon. the location is perfect if you want to go to old san Juan or get on the highway and see the island. On the beach, and restaurants in walking distance. perfect hope to get to come back soon.

Great Stay In Great Condo

Perfect location, airport noise is NOT an issue (surprisingly). Beach is super and < 5 minute walk. Can walk to great beaches, bars, casinos or Uber to Old San Juan or beyond. Or rent a car and use the convenient parking space.

The apartment is great - spacious and comfortable, and the view simply can't be beat. Juli, the hostess, was incredibly responsive and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place!

Our family loved the place! On the beach with beautiful views from every room. Everything was walking distance, including some restaurants, CVS (across the street) and a grocery store (Pueblo). The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and provided several great suggesions on things to do which our family enjoyed. We would love to be back and will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Great place to stay!

Fantastic condo - right on the beach! Lots of great info provided by the owners on restaurants/things to do that was extremely helpful. Everything we needed for the beach was there (chairs, umbrella, body boards, sand castle pails, etc) Had a problem with one of the AC units going out, but Richard got it taken care of as quickly as possible and stayed in touch with us the entire time. This was one of the best condos we have stayed in.

Beachfront Condo Gem overlooking San Juan

This place was an amazing find. The beautiful beachfront condo had amazing views of the beach (Isla Verde) as well as the city (San Juan). Two separate bedrooms, each with a full bathroom accommodated our family of five. Tastefully tiled with modern interior decorating made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again.

San Juan condos

The condo is beautiful, great location. The airport is a few minutes away and the view is amazing. The only issue was everything was very full including the beach, might be better to visit in off peak season, The owners are great very responsive and accommodating.

We live and work in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Mountains in Northern California but are very fortunate to spend most family vacations on the “Enchanted Isle” of Puerto Rico. We very proudly call it our second home in paradise. Richard was born in San Juan and still has a lot of friends and family on the island. We love the tropical climate, the friendly people, the laid-back attitude and the fascinating culture that Puerto Rico has to offer.

A condo in Isla Verde was our dream for many years. It just doesn’t get better than waking up to the sparkling ocean water, the sound of the waves and the tropical sea breeze. The building and area amenities, the central location and the long stretch of pristine beach make it the perfect get away for almost anyone.
