Backyard lights will turn on at 6:30 and turn off at 10:30. There is a remote for the pool light to change the color. Do not tamper with lights.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Garbage pickup: Monday and Friday for trash Tuesday for recycling

Beautiful little home away from home. Has everything we needed for our week long stay close you everything we had planned for the week. Would recommend to anyone traveling to St. Petersburg/Tampa area. We would stay here again if coming back to the area.

Hidden Oasis

Don’t let the surroundings steer you away. This is a mini oasis to enjoy the great Florida weather. We enjoyed every part of this house. The pool was cleaning and good size. Enjoyed a cold drink in the patio area, did not get to use the fire pit but it overlooked a relaxing nature pond. Will he staying here again in the future!
