•CLEAN BEACH CHAIRS AND TOWELS AFTER USING THEM. PLEASE DO NOT USE BEACH CHAIRS INSIDE THE HOUSE.

•KINDLY USE OUTSIDE BLUE BIN TO DISPOSE THE TRASH DURING YOUR CHECK OUT.

• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. THIS INCLUDES ANY TYPE OF SUBSTANCE. A $250 FINE WILL BE ADDED IF WE IDENTIFY THAT SOMEONE HAS SMOKED.
