We are so glad you enjoyed the house and stunning views! This fabulous home is in the mountains and gaining access to a mountain home requires driving mountain roads. The roads leading to the house are well-maintained and paved all the way and we have never had a guest share experiencing difficulty driving to the house, parking, or walking up the steps.

Hi and thanks for the feedback. We received the report of the broken AC on Saturday night, and since there was not a technician available the property manager came out Sunday morning and personally took care of the AC which took a couple of hours. Apologies for the breaker being left off and glad you got it figured out. We shot a video of the lock on the deck and sent it to you, and it clearly showed how to use it and it was working normally. We will work with the owner to address the wear and tear and curtains. Apologies for the grit in the hot tub. This is the result of well water and the filters do not get it all out. We will look at some heavy cleaner to address the toilet stains that have built up over years of iron rich well water. Sorry you found some crumbs under the sofa.

This malicious review is entirely false and intended to hurt our rating and our reputation. The guests didn't want to visit because of rain in the weather forecast. They asked to cancel the day before arrival and demanded a full refund. We explained our cancellation policy and they became surly and combative. They came anyway, the weather turned out to be nice and yet they chose to be miserable. Please see our other reviews to get a true sense of our management and this beautiful property.
