The Space:

Morning light spills onto the quiet patio, inviting you to sip coffee as the community awakens. Inside, the spacious living area welcomes you with soft cushions and a view of the nearby pool’s playful slide. After a day of Orlando thrills, you can unwind on the patio or in the king‑size master suite, feeling the gentle hum of the resort’s amenities.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the lower level, the master bedroom features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom provides a bunk bed with a twin over a full plus a trundle bed, while the third bedroom includes another king‑size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom.



Living spaces

The main living area is designed for together time, with ample seating for family gatherings or game nights. A dining table sits nearby for shared meals, and a small patio off the living room holds seating for two, perfect for evening breezes. A free washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with essentials: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and basic cookware. An indoor dining area accommodates group meals, while a breakfast nook offers a casual spot for morning coffee or quick bites.



Community amenities

As a guest of the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa, you gain access to the amenity center and clubhouse. Enjoy a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop—activities that suit both kids and adults. Parking is free on the premises and on the street.



Comfort & conveniences

Air conditioning, heating, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a flat‑screen TV keep you comfortable and connected. Safety essentials include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first‑aid kit. Bed linens, bathroom essentials, hangers, an iron and a private entrance with smart‑lock self check‑in are provided.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
