This clean and comfortable home is located in a gated resort with clubhouse and many amenities, right next to Orlando, only 6 miles to Disney main gate, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, and about 28 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you are looking for an amazing value for a fun and relaxing getaway, this well-kept home is what you need. Your entire family/group will love this place!

Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated vacation home. It is on a large corner lot and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms ( all ensuite). With a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, only 0.5 mile to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private pool with child safety pool alarm, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast.

This home is ideally situated in the Mediterranean-styled gated community of High Grove, ideally located at the intersection of US 27 and the western end of the US 192, just minutes from the Interstate 4. You will have easy access to all of Orlando's main traveling routes and attractions - Walt Disney World is less than 10 minutes away.

FANTASTIC HOME/CONVENTIENT LOCATION:

Our trip to Orlando was during Spring break 2013. The location of the villa was so convenient to everything, Disney, shopping, etc. We had four adults and four children ranging from age 15 yrs to 19 months. It was a perfect size and the kids loved the heated pool. This villa has everything you need! The management group was helpful and very kind to work with and Michelle, the owner of the villa, I can't say enough about how kind and wonderful she is. I highly recommend this villa and plan to use their services when I return to Orlando in the future. I also have to recommend IHOP Hwy 192 and ask to be seated in Jason's section (he is entertaining and the kids loved going there just to see Jason)

Beer Flu Getaway

Booked before Covid-19 to go to Disney, plans got changed but we still went to the house in Clermont. We found many other things to do, grandkids had a ball and did not miss not going to Disney. Found a couple minor problems at the property, nothing that needed immediate attention and notified them of same. Will return next year.

Our stay was very nice, especially the cleanliness of the property. There was an issue with the pool heating, but the owner addressed that in the form of a partial credit, now we’re waiting for VRBO to issue the credit back to us, I had to chat 4 times and after 15 days VRBO has yet to refund us the monies.

Mixed feelings - can't recommend

We rented the house for 27 days. Granted, we might have felt differently if we had only stayed a week, but first the positives: the house was clean, no bugs, good floor plan, wonderful pool and excellent community. Negatives: house needs serious updates in terms of furniture, carpets, appliances, and beds. The stove burners don't stay connected when stirring or even slightly moving pans. We truly did not think there was a comfortable place to sit or lay down in the whole house. The furnishings, carpets and appliance issues seemed to be a combination of renter abuse and age of furnishings. We were determined to make the best of it, and did enjoy the weather and community, but we were disappointed in the home's interior.

We had a great trip.The pool,hot tub nice! The Living Room furniture is very uncomfortable,due to structural break down. Unfortunately people who have not taken care while staying ,make it hard on those of us who are conscientious about the property of others! My guess is this is why there's no effort to make repairs/updates. Thank you

Lots of fun!

Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall the house was great for our Florida vacation to all the theme parks. It is very close to Disney, Universal, and Sea World. There was several maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. For future renters - know that there are not basic staples in the home and all of these will need to be purchased. For example, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, laundry soap, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, pool toys, etc. All of these items are removed by the cleaning staff after each renter's stay. Since this was the first vacation home we have stayed at that did not provide the most basic amenities it was an additional cost we had not anticipated. Aside from that, it was very convenient and the pool area was lots of fun for our family!

Accommodated 8 very well. Clean and roomy. Furniture a bit worn. Reasonable time travel to parks.

Overall a good experience. Not highly recommended if you plan to eat together and hang out in the family room for too long as there was only 1 bar stool, possible but cramped for 8 at the kitchen table, and the living furniture was worn flat. We had space and comfort for sleeping and 3 bathrooms for 8 people. Kids loved the pool (well maintained) The commute to parks is short in miles but plan on traffic.

Good value for money

The owners were very accommodating. The House was everything as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. Roomy, 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Nice pool and spa to refresh at the end of a busy day and being inside a gated community gave us a good feeling. The beds were good. The furniture was worn, as were the carpets in the bedrooms. **Occasional cockroaches were evident, but did not substantially take away from our good feelings about the house. Close proximity to Orlando attractions was good too!

Perfect vacation villa!

The house was excellent! More than we expected. The kids liked the pool and hot tub more than Disney. All the parks are about 15-20 min. away. Walmart and Puplix about 5 min. The kitchen had everything you need. Very clean and the air hockey table an awesome bonus for rainy days. Best vacation we had. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Communication and booking process without a hitch. No complaints at all! Thank you!

Great house, nice location.

This was our first experience with VRBO. The house was great for 10 people (4 adults and 6 kids). It has plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The pool and the garage/game room were big hits, especially with the kids. It's a nice and quiet little community. The clubhouse was also great for the kids- bigger pool, games, mini golf, etc. The house was clean and had most everything we needed. There were not enough towels for 10 people and we were going to call, but just ended up doing laundry every day anyway (with so many people). There was also a broken window (wide open) in kitchen. We did not discover this until the last day since the blinds were closed. My brother (handyman) was able to put it back on track and secure the lock. Definitely a nice house though- and I would recommend it to anyone.

Would Stay Here Again

We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean home. Having our own enclosed pool was huge with the 4 kids. And the hot tub was a huge perk. Plenty of space, beautiful neighborhood. Any issues I addressed with Michele(owner) were immediately responded to. It's close to the parks, shopping, restaurants. Slight Cons: Our grill didn't light using the switch and we were not given any matches so had to go hunting for those. Luckily a friendly neighbor had some. It says in the description they get you started with the basics but man were they limited. No tissues, no paper towels, only 1 dishwasher gel pac. We had to quickly get to the store. I would recommend stating in the description about the pool button safety device... When that first went off we all almost had a heart attack! :) WE loved this villa!!!

Wonderful Place!

We stayed here late April / Early May and I would definitely book this place again. My grandson loved the pool, my daughter.....the hot tub. The house is very well maintained - the resort nice and quiet.......what more could anyone ask for when on vacation!!

Nice Villa in a Great Gated Community, Close to all the Fun!

The owners are great to work with. I realized enroute to Florida that I had left all the check in information at home. I called Michelle and she emailed me the information right away. The management company is top notch as well, with a very fast response time. The clubhouse at High Grove is wonderful. The people at the front desk are very helpful offering everything from a calendar of clubhouse events to dinner recommendations and help with directions to parks. Location is super...we visited Aquatica and Disney on this trip and the proximity to both was excellent. This villa is great for families with kids. It easily accommodates 4 adults and 6 kids. The villa is true to the pictures posted here...very nice and clean, spacious. The pool is a great size and the spa is a major plus! My family would definitely book this Villa again for a return visit!

Beautiful villa! Awesome stay!!

Awesome stay! The owner provided everything from towels to a high chair. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was the perfect size. Walmart is literally two minutes away. Very easy to get to the Parks. My family and I had a great time. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful vacation from cold Minnesota!

This was our first experience renting a house and it was fantastic! The house was accurately described and looked just like the pictures. We have four young kids and my parents joined us on our trip. The house had plenty of space for all 8 of us to sleep comfortably and was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub! We felt safe in the gated community and welcomed by the clubhouse staff. We would not hesitate to rent this house again next year when we need to escape the cold and snow!

This gated community is situated 6 miles, or less than 10 minutes by car from Disney's Magic Kingdom at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a mile including Super Wal- Mart within 1/4 mile. There are also many golf (see the note for Golf below) and fishing venues within a few miles.

With approximately 160 houses High Grove is small enough to retain a lovely community feel, yet big enough to offer the facilities you would expect from a first class resort.

Golf: If you are attending a golf vacation, you are close to some of the areas best Golf Courses. You will be close to so many great courses catering to every skill level!
