Set the thermostat on the mini split to 74°. Turn off the bedroom air conditioners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Retired Silicon Valley Executive who loves technology, pickleball and electric cars. Hosting a property in the Valley is very satisfying. We are near all of the major companies on the Peninsula, and if you need to go to any other part of the Bay Area, we are conveniently located near the Dumbarton Bridge, Highway 101, Interstate 280 and the San Mateo Bridge.
Why they chose this property
I chose this location because it is dead center to the Silicon Valley. It is relatively easy to get anywhere in the Valley from here. The house itself attracted me because of its charm. It is over 100 years old with lots of tall windows, and warm Douglas Fir floors.
What makes this property unique
Our property stands out because it feels warm and cozy, because the kitchen is a Chef's Kitchen, because the bedrooms are generously sized, and because there is a gathering room where if you are traveling together you can share times or watch a movie.
