This was a great home-base for my family during a 2 week trip to Seattle. Extremely close to many great restaurants and Green Lake itself for fun activities. Lauren (the host) was extremely responsive from start to finish, and we were actually able to check in a bit early because the cleaning team worked so quickly. We will absolutely be back if I bring my family on another work trip in the future. Thank you!
Thumbs up from all of us for this property, we had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and had all the kitchen appliances, great washer dryer and a very nice and clean bathroom. Living room couch was super comfy and a nice large flat screen TV which the teen loved. Great selection of board games too! Great location and we will surely return again! Special thanks to Lauren for being such a friendly, professional and responsive host.
Very well appointed kitchen, best I've experienced in a rental Traffic on main street can be noisy but it didnt keep me from spending hours reading my book on the cozy couch by the window.
GREAT overall, pictures and description was/is 100% accurate. Lauren our property mangr was awesome. This place is walking distance from greenlake park, literally less than a block away. Also walking distance to PCC market for all your grocery needs. The kitchen in this home is fully stocked with silverware, pots, pans, etc. I highly recommend this place.
The location is amazing being only a couple blocks from Greenlake! All clean and lots of kit gen spices and utensils! Only downside was the street noise from 80th and the towels smelled of very strong chemical-like detergent so a caution if you’re sensitive to such things. Also could smell dog which wasn’t ideal as I’m allergic but it was mainly only at the entry and bathroom. Generally a nice pleasant home!

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for staying with us, Alexandra! We're so glad you enjoyed the home's location, cleanliness, and well-stocked kitchen — we appreciate you highlighting those. We're very sorry to hear about the detergent scent and the pet-related allergy concern. We normally use unscented, hypoallergenic products in all of our homes for exactly that reason, so I’ll be looking into this right away. We'll be removing any guest-introduced products that might have caused it and will also add a note for our cleaners to double-check. Regarding the pet scent near the entry and bathroom — we do not allow pets at this home, but the guests prior to your stay unfortunately brought an unauthorized dog without our knowledge. We addressed the situation immediately and have reinforced our protocols to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We always ask guests before their arrival & after the first night to let us know if anything is amiss, so I wish we would have had the chance to address these and make sure all was perfect. We would have gladly brought over a fresh set of unscented towels and run an ozone air purifier through the entry and bathroom had we known.
As for the street noise — the home is near a main road, which does bring some city sounds, but also places you just steps from Green Lake, great coffee shops, and the vibrancy of the neighborhood. Many guests love the convenience and don’t notice the noise once inside, but we understand sensitivities can vary.

Our group consisted of myself, my daughter and my granddaughter. The space was perfect for our group. Very comfortable, good layout, incredibly well supplied kitchen. We loved the location - a short walk to Green Lake for recreation and services and nicely tucked away from busy streets in a nice neighborhood. The manager was very responsive when a small problem arose on a Sunday morning and fixed the problem promptly. A great place to use as our base for our trip to Seattle both for going off to site see and to spend some time just laying back and relaxing. Highly recommend!
Love this location in Green Lake so much. Stayed with my husband and almost 3 year old. We were always able to find parking within a block of the property. Only gripe is that one of the neighbors kept a flood light on the outside of their property and it’s on all night and light can comes into the bedroom even with the window coverings drawn. To us, this was a minor problem and not the fault of the property owner/manager team.
