Perfect family retreat!

The home and grounds were fabulous. Easy walk to Canyon Road and lots of space for kids to play. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. We spent 2 wonderful weeks at this property and look forward to returning. Note on layout - the secondary bedrooms have access to a full bathroom in the hallway. The third full bath is off of the family room / den on the opposite side of the house. Highly recommend.

Family fun in Santa Fe

We had a great stay in Santa Fe, the host went above and beyond to meet our needs. This house is great for family gatherings, outdoor fun, and relaxation. We were able to have multiple dinners with extended family coming to visit with plenty of room both inside and outside. My brother and I were able to get some mountain biking in on the nearby Dale Ball trail system easily accessible in a 10 min by bike. My sister enjoyed her early morning walks to the Plaza to a delicious bakery. This place is also great for our aging parents as it was single level with beautiful scenery.

I moved to from the DC area to Santa Fe for college and fell in love with The City of Holy Faith. It is such a special place: the culture, the nature, the art, the food! with out all the traffic. The historic district has an old world charm as if we were in Europe!

Why they chose this property

I love being in the center of everything and yet surrounded by nature. Strolling by the river and walking to dinner or the art galleries.

What makes this property unique

There is no other houses comparable to this in the area due to the private acreage of the estate. It is also newly built and real adobe. It has extensive landscaping and putting green.
