10 minutes from the Montrose airport. Just over an hour to Telluride, 90 minutes to Silverton, Purgatory & Powderhorn ski resorts. 120 minutes to Crested Butte and Monarch ski resorts.
A well-appointed 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath villa sleeps 6 persons comfortably with two master king bed suites and a twin bedroom, each with their own bathroom plus a separate powder room.

The large back patio provides convenient direct access to the golf course and a beautiful setting anytime for casual gatherings.

I've been in some very nice VRBO's before bur this is by far the best. top of the line everything, big screens in all bedrooms with sound bars, giant island in the kitchen, fireplace, large 2 car garage, right on the golf course and million dollar view thank you

We have stayed at many VRBOs, and this property truly stands out for so many reasons. We have family in Montrose and spent Christmas week visiting them, and this home was the perfect place to stay.The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the golf course and the San Juan Mountains—we enjoyed some absolutely spectacular sunsets. It’s also very conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and downtown Main Street.The home itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s upscale yet incredibly comfortable and welcoming, truly feeling like a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked, and we cooked several meals during our stay, which we really appreciated.John and Karla were wonderful hosts with excellent communication from start to finish. We would absolutely book this property again and look forward to returning!

Great location to visit Black Canyon of Gunnison National Park

Gorgeous new house, extremely well stocked, great views of the San Juan mountains from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The host were very responsive in every way. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with friends or family.

Wonderful home!

Property is new and beautiful! The view from the back deck is relaxing, and the home is very comfortable. You can walk to the club house, and the restaurant there is very good. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful Villa in a quiet, golf course front location. The amenities were well thought out and above normal for a vacation rental—we appreciate that! We loved our quiet stay and easy walk to dinner at Remington’s. We would highly recommend this Villa for your stay in Montrose.

An amazing home

We are 6 senior citizens-3 couples. Each couple had their own private bedroom and private bath. Beautiful country we could view with the mountain colors just starting to change. Wonder accommodations

Located directly on the Bridges @ Black Canyon in very close proximity to the Club House and Remington’s Restaurant this beautiful new Villa has been tastefully decorated and equipped with every amenity you would expect at a high end resort.

The home by far exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, just off the 9th green and a very easy, short walk to the driving range, practice green and club house. If you are looking for a place to golf and just relax after playing a round, this is the home for you. The patio is situated perfectly overlooking the 9th green with the San Juan Mountains in the distance, such a perfect venue.As for the home, John and Karla make sure everything is right. The home is clean, stocked and well furnished. They take very good care of their property.If you plan a trip to Montrose, either for The Bridges Golf Course or to see the surrounding mountains, this home should be at the top of the list.

A gateway to the mountains and some jeeping! This property is well apportioned. Very comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is stocked for most cooking needs. Mountain views leap from every window. Watch the golfers play a round from the porch.

Fantastic Home

We are a group of three couples who have traveled extensively together-Iceland, Switzerland, Port Angeles, Victoria BC, San Juan Islands, Seattle- and this home ranks in the top 5 of places we have stayed. It is perfect for three couples with the three ensuite bedrooms. The kitchen area is a dream and a fantastic grilling area on the patio which we used for cedar planked salmon and trout almondine. We did have one small problem with the wi-fi not working when we arrived but our host, John, was super helpful in quickly getting the problem fixed. The location is great. We had day trips to the Black Canyon, Ouray and Telluride. I recommend this home highly.

Beautifully Appointed and Brand New!

I was a guest at John and Karla's gorgeous Villa at The Bridges for more than two weeks. My stay was fantastic - comfortable and convenient with spectacular views and absolutely everything I needed throughout my visit. The home has wonderful modern luxuries that made it the perfect base for a bit of work throughout the week. This location is close to lots of shopping in Montrose and is a very reasonable drive to gorgeous Ridgway, Ouray, and Telluride! John was a fantastic and communicative host who made sure the home was in perfect order for my arrival and was a phone call or text away at any time to answer questions. This has become one of my favorite properties in the area and I'm very excited for another stay!

Birthday golf trip

The house was beautiful. Everything was new and in great condition. John called me before the stay to see if I had any questions and let me know how to get in. John was responsive both before and during the trip. He got back to me within minutes every time I texted with a question. We had trouble with the air conditioner (apparently it had not yet been used this year) and he had someone out to house and had it fixed on a Friday evening while we were at dinner. Amazing! We will definitely be back next year!

Nice place if you like a camera looking inside at you from the outside back door. Couldn't find any hidden cameras inside but feel violated with the back door camera until the blinds were shut. A Positive, it's on the golf course but in a construction zone of houses not completed. No instructions on what to do upon departure. Ran the dishwasher on my own accord. Took out the trash and recycle. Left towels in a pile like I've done for other rentals. Cleaned up EVERYTHING. Neighbors don't seem happy this is a rental. If you want good ratings, you have to give good ratings.
