Such an awesome stay!! Every single detail was seamless and without any issues. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxed and the kitchen was well stocked! Perfect location near all the must visit areas in the region.Will definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Rooms were clean and cozy, the PERFECT location for all the things! Sweet quite neighborhood, Josie was very responsive to all of my messages leading up to/during our stay! Perfect spot for a big family with plenty of room, my 18 month old enjoyed all of the sweet little toys & the overload of books! 10/10 would recommend booking with Josie!

Great Central Location

We loved our stay at Josie’s place! It was a lovely, spacious, affordable home central to a lot of outdoor activities in the area. We went to Ouray, Ridgeway State Park, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’ve got two littles, and the house was very kid friendly.

I actually didn’t stay at this house. My son was getting married close by. I rented this for my daughter and her family. I spent very little time there but what I saw was lovely. My daughter said it was great, very clean in a great location. I did communicate with Josie and she was very quick to respond and helpful.

Clean, spacious, close to the NPS

We really appreciated all the extras that Josie provided which made using the kitchen while away from home a breeze. All the extras for a toddler like pack and play and high chair.The home was clean and spacious and really close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

We stayed here for a three day golf tournament. The house is clean, bright and has great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Montrose. It was a perfect place to stay and we will return in the future. The only thing we would have like would have been to park in the garage, which is not available for use (our own fault - we missed reading that detail in the listing).

Josie was a great host and the house was perfect for what we needed. We did have issues with the tv- it took multiple people and about an hour to figure it out. There were also ants near the kitchen when we arrived and got worse before we left, but Josie was very responsive and was going to take care of it! Besides those two things - it was great! Family-friendly, great layout, nice neighborhood! We would stay there again!

In my opinion, the Western Slope is the best side of Colorado! I love hosting as I get to connect to amazing people from all over, and allow them to see this unique treasure of Colorado.

This property is in such an ideal location in Montrose. It's near the heart of downtown, and is conveniently located to all shopping areas. It's also only a short drive from the Black Canyon!

The Spacious House is a wonderful open layout, filled with all the amenities you could need, and it's honestly just so convenient for the Montrose area!
