Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please move all linens to the laundry room and start the load of towels in the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We humbly ask that if you stay Sunday night, that you please place the brown trash bin out on the curb for Monday morning pickup.

This property is brand new and furnished with high end furnishings plus so many little extras such as a steamer, blow dryer, cotton balls, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kuerig machine, coffee, snacks, and many more! The host was excellent. We hope to stay here again.

This location is amazing, quiet and has everything if you’re looking for to stay in Montrose. I truly want to thank Todd for the opportunity for an early check in. This location is very new with everything you need to have a good time in Colorado. I will book again when I come back. Totally worth every penny.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels and Vrbos in Montrose, but we like this the best. Location was close to town, and quiet, and we felt safe. The home was new, with all of the latest fixtures, flooring, new beds and bedding, lighting and furnishings. The air conditioning, hot water and appliances performed flawlessly and were well maintained. The yard is small but perfect for our little dog, and she was .right at home there. I liked the cleanliness of everything including the garage. The owner provided all of the kitchen appliance needs and stocked the coffee supplies. The washer and dryer were new and very convenient with provided laundry detergent. The house had three large new TVs and was stocked with games, cards and things to keep busy. We totally enjoyed our stay and will return..

Beautiful new home in Montrose. The keypad did not work at first but we were able to get ahold of the host through VRBO and the issue was fixed immediately. The property management company was also very helpful.
