Although believed to be built in the 1880’s, boasting original plank floors, original woodwork, doors, and hardware, this home also offers modern conveniences. Comforts such as central A/C, free Wi-Fi, a whole-home generator, updated electric, an open floorplan, large rooms, and a second-floor laundry make this old house feel new. 3 bedrooms. 2 full baths. Large, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Enjoy beautiful views of the one-acre yard from the screened sunroom off the kitchen.
