Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, beach days, or simply to relax, this spot puts you right in the middle of it all.



The Space:

Comfortable, simple, and full of charm.



The kitchen comes fully stocked and includes bar seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or an easy meal before heading out for the day.



Just beyond, the living room offers a cozy space to unwind with a Smart TV and a queen-size Serta pullout sofa for additional sleeping space.



Down the hall, you’ll find the bedroom featuring an adjustable queen-size bed designed for extra comfort and restful nights.



The full bathroom includes plush towels, premium soaps, and a spacious shower to help you recharge after a day around town.

One of the best parts of staying here is simply being able to walk everywhere. You are literally at the center of downtown Vermilion!



You’ll be steps from local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and downtown Vermilion’s lakefront charm. Beaches, waterfront parks, and sunset views along Lake Erie are all just a short stroll away.

You will be staying in the HEART of downtown Vermilion. You literally cannot be more centrally located. Walk to everything! Resturants, shops, cafes, bars, THE LAKE!
