Welcome to your Disney getaway!

"The Best House" 1,561 sq ft home features 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, dining room, a private pool and hot tub, and all the comforts of home. Central heating and air conditioning. Enjoy TVs throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and parking for 4 vehicles. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

5 minute drive to Disneyland’s Mickey & Friends Parking Structure. 36 minute walk to the front gates.

Perfect for family vacations and group getaways.

Bedroom 1: King size bed - 65" TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - 65" TV.
Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk beds (both double over double) - 55" TV.

Full Kitchen (pots, pans, slow cooker, Keurig).

Living rooms. 75" 4K QLED Mini-LED TV.

Dining room (seats 8 comfortably)

Game room: pool table, foosball, darts, cornhole, Jenga.

Streaming services included: Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Apple TV, Paramount+, Amazon Prime Video.

Pool & Hot Tub:
Pool and hot tub are not permanently heated at all times.
Pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.
Host can turn on pool or hot tub at anytime (can have the hot tub ready for when you get back home after a long day!). Please ask host any questions about pool and hot tub heating.

There is no charge to heat hot tub, any temperature.

Pool heating Summer rates (June-September):
Pool heating is free up to 80° degrees.
81°-85° $30 day.
85°-90° $50 day.
90°+ $70 day.

Pool heating Winter rates (October - May):
Up to 80° degrees $30 day.
81°-85° $50 day.
85°-90° $70 day.
90°+ $100 day.
(In effect for bookings after 6/27/2026. Refer to your welcome message to see rates.)

No parties whatsoever.

Not allowed: recreational vehicle, bus, boat, trailer, camper, or personal water craft.

After you buy your Disneyland tickets you must also make a reservation with Disneyland to go on your desired days! (up to 120 days in advance).

3 night minimum stay.
Maximum 10 occupants.

In compliance with Anaheim's Loud and Unreasonable Noise Ordinance, you and your party must avoid creating "loud or unreasonable noise" between the hours of 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.

Outdoor security cameras are for security purposes only. There are no interior cameras. All security cameras are located on the outside of the house. Security camera locations: Back left Side door (main entrance), right side gate, front yard left, front yard right, rear right pool/hot tub/driveway, rear left side garage door. Pool and hot tub are in view of security cameras. Host is the only one with access to cameras.

Great place to stay with young kids when visiting Disneyland! We were able to walk to the packing District for foods and easily catch Lyfts to the park. The private pool was so nice to have for the kids when taking a mid day break from after a hot morning at the parks. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to walk and explore! The host was exceptional- easy to communicate with and would quickly respond to any questions we would have. Fully stocked house with everything you would ever need. We will definitely be staying here again!

Eric has thought of everything you need. The house was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. For our family of 4, we all had our own space. Location is ideal to Disney, beaches, and sporting events. Thank you for your hospitality. We definitely plan to be back.

Eric was the ideal host. He was uber responsive when we needed him. The house was just what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and close to the conference center and Disney. The pool and hot tub were great, and the activities in the garage were great on our first night, when we were jet-lagged. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to lay your head. PS- the pillows were the best pillows I have ever slept on!

The house was lovely. Comfortable, clean, and unique with interesting built-ins. Everything and more that we could have needed to cook, be comfortable, and enjoy ourselves was well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing around the pool after busy days at our convention. Our host was very accommodating and answered our couple of questions immediately. Highly recommend!!

House was very close and convenient to Disneyland, 12 minute drive. House was laid out well and worked great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers with sizable dining area and tv space. House was well appointed with everything we needed and I appreciated the provided coffee k cups and creamer so I didn’t need to make an immediate store run for our first morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great visit. Everything was well stocked and well labeled. Great communication and amenities. The bedroom door on one of the rooms slides shut and is a little noisy to shut all the way, but not that unexpected for an older home. And while the listing title says 1 mile from Disney, it’s more like 1.6 miles from the gates which made it too far for us to walk with kids. But overall, this house had everything we needed.

Although an older home it is clean and well kept and has everything you need in the way of accessories / appliances. It had plenty of space for our family of 8. Everything is nicely labeled and easy to find...there is a coffee pot in the cupboard next to the Kurig (well stocked with pods). The addition of the swimming pool and hot tub are real bonuses and our grandchildren loved them almost as much as disneyland, which is only an easy 30 minute walk away, even with a 5 and 7 year old....we did Uber back after a long day. The game room in the garage is great with darts and a pool table. In addition to door dash there are some great restaurants just a few blocks away, primarily northeast....Last but not least, Eric was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Lovely Anaheim home close to parks

The home was well stocked, nice towels, great water pressure, comfy beds and sofa. The TVs had some connectivity issues that didnt seem related to the internet, so watching anything wasnt easy, but the hot tub and pool more than made up for it. Would definitely stay here again.

The Beat House was just that. The yard is kept up and the house was very clean on the inside. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well. The pool and spa were clean but didn’t get to use it much since we were gone the majority of the time.I definitely recommend the house and hopefully we’ll be back soon. Thank you Eric!

The home was clean. In addition to the pool and game room, there are also board games. It’s about 10 minutes from Disneyland. You can see the fireworks every night on either side of the garage/game room. The owners are very thoughtful. They have everything you need for a family vacation. You won’t go wrong if you book it. I would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't have been better. Spotlessly clean, well furnished, unexpected extras like face tissue in every room and free Keurig coffee. Would not hesitate to book again for the next family trip to Disneyland.

Great, cute home. Has a layout that is great for a family-Disney trip. Adorable feel! Cozy and had a good array of amenities. Cooking was easier then other VRBOs. Loved the large dinning table and the bedrooms where laid out great for kids and a combined family vaca. Our kids loved the backyard space and location was amazing in vicinity to Disney.

Lovely older home with plenty of everything supplied. TV in every room. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable for all. Disneyland is about a 5 minute drive and we could watch the fireworks every night from the backyard. I would recommend staying here for your vacation. We were a family of 5.

We had a great stay

The property manager was very quick to respond to messages. The house was perfect for our family. We didn’t walk to Disneyland, it said it was a 30 minute walk, but it was a short drive. You can’t really see the fireworks from the backyard and the pictures were fancier looking than the actual house but the house was adorable and totally met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, historical and affordable rental

We enjoyed having our own space. There was 8 of us. TVs in all rooms was a nice touch. Was great having a washer n dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very accommodating and replied quickly to messages.
