Great Location

This property was located walking distance from many of the shops and restaurants in Kona. Despite that, it was still quiet, quaint and cozy. Thanks for a great stay.

Location is great

Easy walking distance into town. It’s very noisy being next to a stairwell, where it’s easy to hear everything and everyone walking through. Water temp with the shower was erratic (would go incredibly hot, then cold). My disappointment was primarily that the listing said check out was 12:30, but we were informed by the owner we needed to check out by 11, so she could clean- what a way to devalue your guests. Good thing we were headed to a resort who were more than happy to accommodate us.
