Step onto your private porch and start your day with a cup of coffee and great views. Up a small flight of stairs from the living space is guest room with a queen bed and attached bathroom with doors to both the room or hallway. An additional guest room has 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom.
Located on Isle of Palms, within the gated community of Wild Dunes Resort. This area has lots to offer including world-renowned golf, tennis, dining, miles of bike paths, and beautiful beaches. Linkside villas features a community pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Beach access is about a half a mile away or a 10 minute walk.
All reservations receive $250 credit with VayK Life (3-21 nights) to put toward renting beach gear, bike, etc!

Wireless internet is provided to the property. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. *IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be completed by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.
