Need A Break? Head to The Beach! This adorable, well-stocked, Wild Dunes Beach Villa sits just a block to the beach. It's located 20 minutes outside of historic Charleston, in the exclusive island Golf community of Wild Dunes on Isle Of Palms.

At this Racquet Club Villa, you will be centrally located to enjoy all of the world-class amenities of the Wild Dunes resort. This Villa has a coveted, premier location within Wild Dunes, directly across from the resort's main Golf, Swim, Tennis, Pickleball and Playground areas. It's just a 2 minute walk to the beach access path, the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, and Sweetgrass Inn plaza- or, take the golf cart (on property). The beach path is to the left of the tennis courts, directly in front of the Villas.

When you enter this lovely home, you will instantly feel 'right at home' with the peaceful, 'Lowcountry' Lagoon water views. You'll have a spacious, easy-flowing floor plan, perfect for relaxing and entertaining friends & family. This Villa is one of the largest in Wild Dunes and is very open & spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The Great Room, Dining Room & Kitchen all share this open, easy-flowing space.

The Great Room sports a 50", flat screen, streaming-enabled Roku HDTV, and a 'palm frond' ceiling fan. All of the sofas and chairs in this main Living Room are high-end leather, super-comfy, and 'nap-friendly'! The Great Room flows into the Dining Room (seats 6 ), plus there are 3 seats at the Kid-Friendly, Kitchen Bar. There is also a 'Pottery Barn' Game Table / Work Area with 4 chairs & plenty of games, puzzles, and books to keep everyone happy- plus Extreme, Wi-Fi, so you can 'work comfortably' if you need to while here.

The roomy Kitchen has Stainless Appliances, Granite Counters w/a Raised, Eat-In Bar and Tile backsplash. This Kitchen is EXTREMELY well stocked, w/all of the utensils, appliances, and entertaining pieces you could ask for, including 2 coffee makers, a Nespresso Verturo, a Keurig, Crock Pots, a power blender, serving / baking essentials- what WE would want in a "home away from home". All of the serving pieces complement the decor of this darling Villa, so you can invite friends and family over & entertain with ease.

This is a very comfy, laid back, well-equipped, 'easy entertaining, family & friends-having-a-great-time' beach house that is comfortably furnished with all of the essentials of home.

The porches in this beautiful Villa are everywhere! There is a Screened Porch w/ a Ceiling Fan and a large, round dining table with 7 chairs right off the Great Room & Dining Room, that's perfect for 'Al-fresco' dining or playing cards with family and friends & another deck off the main living area. Two of the porches have a 'Lowcountry' water views overlooking the peaceful Lagoon. There's also a deck overlooking the Lagoon off of the Primary Bedroom & another deck off the mid-level, Dual Primary Bedroom that overlooks the tennis courts. There's plenty of seating on all porches to offer relaxing, 'chilling out' spaces for everyone.

This darling, 3-level Villa sleeps 8 and has 3 Bedrooms, each with its own Full Bath. One Dual Primary Bedroom is located just five steps up to the 'mid-level' and has a Queen-sized bed with Luxury, 'Hotel-Quality' sheets and pillows & a super soft 'pillow-soft' mattress cover (we actually sleep better in these beds than the ones we have at home)! This 2nd Primary Bedroom has a newly Upgraded Bath with an Oversized, Pebble-Floor Shower and its own deck that overlooks the tennis courts.

The entire main floor is very open and spacious. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all share this open, flowing space and there's a high-top table for working at home with EXTREME secure Internet.

The main Primary Bedroom is HUGE- located at the rear of the Villa on the top floor, away from the hubbub of the main living area. This Master Bedroom sports a King bed with those same 'Hotel-Quality' Bamboo Sheets and a 'pillow-soft' mattress, plus a Twin + Twin Trundle bed, a Private Bath w/ 2 sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, a Reading Nook w/a comfy Loveseat, and its own, Private Deck that overlooks the quiet, peaceful Lagoon- plus a 40" Roku TV.

Both Master BR's have Blackout Curtains for peaceful sleeping!

The 3rd Bedroom is also located on the top level and has 2 twin beds and a Full Bath with a tub (& shower wand!) for the kids.

All beds have luxury, cooling Bamboo sheets w/ thick, pillow-soft mattresses, for maximum, "Hotel-Quality" comfort. The Secondary BR's have 32", flat-screen, Cable / Roku TV's (the Great Room has a 50" Roku TV and the Master BR has a 40" TV). All BR's, the Great Room & Screened Porch have Ceiling Fans.

This Villa is steps to Woody's Restaurant, which offers breakfast all day, lunch & Happy Hour (they have a bar w/ beer, wine & limited liquor).

Our Guests have the use of two incredible, Tom Fazio-designed golf courses, a world-class spa and a nearby pool.

POOL ACCESS:

You'll have access to a nearby pool.

The 'Hotel' pools are only available to Hyatt guests, though you may eat at the restaurants beside the hotel pools. The Boardwalk Inn has a GREAT beachside/poolside burger!

Hyatt guests have a preference when booking tennis- extra spaces may or may not be available. There are additional fees for some amenities, such as Golf, Tennis & Pickleball (we already have four bikes in the garage for your use).

We have 4 bikes + a GOLF CART available (+$250 per week), which is $200 less than area golf carts, which will make your travels around Wild Dunes and to the beach, restaurants and marina quick & easy (you can park at the beach, close to the dunes).

**WILD DUNES HAS A STRICT PET POLICY, BASED ON LENGTH OF STAY- RENTERS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM STAY IF THEY WISH TO BRING THEIR PETS, UNLESS THEY ARE SERVICE ANIMALS AND ARE COVERED UNDER THE ADA ACT. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING IF YOU HAVE PETS! There is a Non-Refundable, PER PET fee of $250 to $350 (small vs. large dog) if allowed.**

AREA INFO: You're a short drive from stellar restaurants, art galleries, and Charleston attractions- like the Battery, Fort Moultrie & the SC Aquarium! Check out the secrets of the Hunley, tour the plantations and gardens, walk through the open air piazza’s in the garden district, visit the one-of-a-kind, eclectic shops, or walk through the open-air flea market at Meeting and Market streets! Or, if you want to simply relax and get away from it all, just pull your beach chair onto the quiet, sugar-sand beach and let your cares drift away!

Wild Dunes is close to great restaurants & funky shops on the island, and it's only 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant & 10 minutes to nearby Sullivan's Island.

Isle of Palms has a quiet, wide beach, with lots of white, sugar-spun sand and shelling (look for sand dollars, conch shells & the occasional starfish). Many people para-sail or windsurf here. This is a very popular home with returning renters year after year, some for months at a time. Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island and Charleston all have STELLAR restaurants (we have recommendations!), lots of shopping, a state-of-the-art Aquarium, museums & cool shops. Enjoy re-discovering history by strolling along the Battery, take a horse-driven carriage ride & learn about the area's history, visit the Hunley submarine or explore nearby Forts & Plantations- the choices are endless!

On IOP, you will have an uncrowded, peaceful place to unwind, and when you are ready to 'kick up your heels', drive into Charleston and get as busy as you'd like! There are lots of stellar seafood, steak and fresh sushi restaurants to choose from. Here, you'll have the best of both worlds- peace when you need it, a nearby pool for the kids when you don't feel like going to the beach, 5 restaurants just steps away (6 in the neighborhood, plus an incredible Taco Truck- with killer margaritas!), and all of the advantages of a big, large city to go into for some fun and excitement when you are done with the laid back 'R&R' feel of Isle of Palms.

We try to think of everything that would make our guests feel right at home. We care deeply about your having an incredible time here, like we do with our own family and friends. The home is stocked with what we would want on our own family vacation- board games, books, cards, a fully equipped kitchen, TV's and DVD players, comfortable furniture (and SUPER comfy beds), extra blankets and pillows- all of the creature comforts of a 'home away from home'. We partner with a local property management company just in case y'all need anything during your stay. All rentals include 'Covid' cleaning and towels and sheets for the bed. Please pack your own beach towels and toiletries. We provide an initial supply of paper products and laundry/dishwasher detergent, but you will need additional supplies during your stay.
