We had a wonderful stay! Location was amazing, parking was super convenient, and the rental had everything we could need. I would definitely recommend! Jim was also an awesome host and very responsive! The balcony was icing on the cake.

The apartment is fantastic! It is walking distance to multiple beaches and lookouts. The apartment has an AC unit that is great at cooling down the space. There is a number of kitchen devices that are supplied to be able to make meals. Jim is excellent at communicating with you and ensuring everything is squared away. The views from the back balcony are incredible! Wonderful place to stay for couples or a small family.

The place itself was great and the views were incredible. Some of the best views you can get right from the lanai. You can cross the street and watch a gorgeous sunset over the ocean or you can watch the sunset against the mountains from the lanai, which we preferred. We came back around 6 PM each night and had no issue finding parking in a Permit spot. You're within walking distance of 1Hotel for food and drinks if you want to splurge a little. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is much nicer in person than the promotional photos. We were immediately impressed with the location, balcony views, and walking distance to hideaway beach. The AC was also much needed after long days in the sun. Princeville itself feels like an entire neighborhood of upscale condos built around the beautiful Makai golf course - a must play for golfers. The island is very navigable with a rental car - we never felt far from anything we wanted to do around KauaiOur room was spotless when we showed up, the host was very clear about expectations, access, and check out. Having in-unit laundry was also a game changer and lightens the load when packing clothes.Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. On a personal note, I’m confused why I saw certain reviews criticizing management. Their instructions are very clear but - as a lawyer - I can tell it’s written by a lawyer. That said, very professional and clear instructions.

Great location, across the street from beautiful lookout and 5 minute walk to great cafe/ restaurant. Close to Princeville shopping center, and to Hanalei. Easy access to entire North Shore. Only complaint was there was no stove or oven. We hadn’t noticed that in the listing, so eating out every meal. Toaster was broken, but plenty of room in the fridge.
