The house need to be freshin up

We were freezing for about 2 hours and them when the heat did come on . It was hot as hell. The tub on the middle floor wouldn't drain. The water in the home was so vold

Not very cozy

This house accommodated the whole group but it wasn’t very comfortable. The furniture was not very well suited to 6 people. The house walls were cracked and dinged up. Just not a very cozy comfortable place.

The worst VRBO we have ever rented

The property was not at all that was represented. It was in terrible condition: curtains torn, couch stained, urine on the floor, mattresses in the two guest rooms could not be used (our family went to a hotel), talked to the property manager and nothing could be done. VRBO should do a better job of vetting these properties and what is said on the website.

Disappointing

The property is very run down.Walls are stained and cracked. Sofas are badly stained, toilets are dirty, shower curtain in bathroom doesn’t reach the tub. Random wires everywhere, dead mosquitoes in the frig. Torn dirty curtains, broken blinds, vent covers falling from ceiling. All mattresses are horrible

Big house, walkable to fun restaurants and shops

I was in Dallas for a weekend conference downtown at the Marriott. This house was so convenient- 10 minute or less drive. This area seems to be getting rehabilitated with lots of young professionals about town enjoying the restaurants, walking dogs, etc. It felt very safe. The home has a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 stories, so three each in total. Lots of room to spread out if desired. The home could use more updating, but beds were comfortable and the water was hot so I’d definitely come back. FYI- if you have someone with bad knees or inability to walk up stairs then this is not the home for your group- the main level (kitchen and living) is up 2 flights of stairs. The master bedroom is up 4 flights of stairs.
