I am a hands on host, and do a walk through between MOST bookings if I don't do the cleaning myself. I care about our guest experience and LOVE repeat bookings! We offer special offers for repeat guests, long term guests, AND great buyer rebates on any guest that turns into a real estate client. I have had the pleasure of working with multiple clients who were initially guests of ours. I truly thrive on networking and have been in Dallas for 18 years now. I am familiar with most markets as I work with investors of all types which requires my expertise and knowledge of all areas throughout DFW. Why they chose this property
I loved the proximity to all attractions in Dallas but having the quiet neighborhood feel. I also love that I can walk to the gym, grocery store, or coffee shop around the neighborhood. There is also Turtle Creek and Katy nearby, both great walking trails. Uber can get you to downtown/deep ellum/SMU typically in less than 15 mins from the property.
What makes this property unique
Probably my hands on approach. Im a little OCD when it comes to the behind the scenes organization of linens, towels being folded, hung a certain way, and presentation is super important to me. I try to coach the turnover people on the importance of presentation, and try and check in between reservations to ensure the quality of your stay is up to my standards as if I were the guest. The Neighbors are all great (as long as you are respectful and don't park where you shouldn't lol!) and I have really enjoyed owning this property.
