A restful retreat with swim spa and entertainment cabana, surrounded by 20 acres of woods with private trails. Lawn area for playing outside, multiple firepit options, and cozy indoor wood stove. One bedroom and two sleep lofts, 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 6 people, but accommodates up to 12. Private trails through the woods - bring the dog, or two! Perfect for a romantic getaway or to gather with friends and family.
Remote work - we have Starlink WiFi!
Convenient to Kenyon College, Historic Mount Vernon, MVNU, Amish Country, Mohican State Park, the Heart of Ohio and Kokosing Gap Trails, antiquing, hunting, fishing, bird watching, biking. Check out the famous dog fountain while you explore Historic Mount Vernon.

We had a very relaxing stay. I appreciate Greg coming over before our stay to show us how things worked. We had a great time relaxing in the swim spa and watching the Guards game. Great paths outside to take your dog for a walk.

Played golf during day then at house during the evening’s. Perfect for us enjoying Tribe games on the deck. Secluded property, clean house, beds were fine but little sketchy getting to the ones upstairs but added to the charm of the property. We would go back
