Hi, we're so happy you're here! Think hotel room with a kitchen! This old-world charm studio has modern updates and is within short distance to the Walkers Point and 3rd Ward neighborhoods, Summerfest grounds, Harley Davidson Museum, and downtown Milwaukee.
This compact studio-style unit is perfect for 1-2 guests looking for a central location to call home base while visiting Milwaukee!
- Living area with Smart TV, chairs, workspace
- Full modern kitchen with medium-sized fridge and cooking basics
- Full bathroom with standing shower, fresh towels and basic toiletries
- Bed is queen sized
It's home to the city's best restaurants and breweries, and you'll be near “Restaurant Row.”The neighborhood is second to none for Milwaukee's best restaurants, all within walking distance.
This listing does not include parking - free overnight street parking is readily available in front of the property.

- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 21+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
