Property was amazing! The pool and hot tub were perfect! The house was stock with what you needed plus extras. Host was timely on communication and we were able to check in early which was amazing after a 15hr car drive. Thanks for the amazing stay!!

Hi, I stayed for two days on Octobe and it was a magnificent experience. The house was in very good condition, clean, painted and decorated. It's incredible how they've made the most of the space and the fantastic minimalist decor. The outdoor seating, the pool, and the jacuzzi are all wonderful, but the jewel in the crown is the table and chairs they have on the canal bank. There's nothing like a breakfast there. Finally, Patrick was always attentive to anything we needed. We'll try to come back. Highly recommended.

It could be better service.

The house was amazing, the view and everything was clean but, the pool the whole time we where there never was heated up and we told the hosts several times. One of the bathrooms was not working and we told the host as soon as we notice and he did not send someone until we did the check out, we where a family of 8 people using the same bathroom. It could be a way to have better services from the host part. The whole pool and bathroom thing was very inconsiderate.

The pictures of this property are completely inaccurate. The “beautiful” sun glare picture of the pool is hiding the fact that the palm trees don’t provide any privacy over the lanai. You will be looking directly at two apartment buildings and their carport, and they will be looking at you with full view. In front of the apartments is a very busy road, not a peaceful moment to be had on the lanai. The hanging egg chair and patio side tables-rusted. Seat cushions-moldy. Lanai roof was oddly attached, leaving leaks on the patio. Grill mat was disguising. Beverage can pull tabs and a worm fishing lure at the bottom of the pool completed the outside. Inside, it is clear this is a flip home for renters that has not been maintained other than a very basic cleaning service. There are stains on the ceiling over the stove area, all vents in the ceilings have gunk inside, and the ceiling is peeling in the primary bedroom. Baseboards and door frames throughout were dinged and dirty, and in the primary bathroom, the baseboards had clear water damage and significant discoloration behind the toilet. The secondary bathroom tub & shower had pink/orange mold in the grout that had been there a while. There is an ick factor to this house, highlighted by an owner who ghosted us and kept a portion of our money, even though we didn’t stay more than 3 hours.
