The Space:
Picture yourself starting the day on our cozy screened-in front porch with a hot cup of coffee, listening to the sounds of nature.

Inside, the living room is perfect for gathering around the stone fireplace or having a fun karaoke night with the family. We've just installed a beautiful Christmas tree and festive decor inside to add to your holiday spirit. Outside, the house is adorned with sparkling Christmas lights, creating a magical ambiance.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and the dining area comfortably seats eight, making it great for shared meals and conversations.

Downstairs, we have a kids' bunk bedroom and an adult bunk bedroom, both ready with all the bedding you need, plus a full bathroom for convenience. Upstairs, the loft is stocked with board games and has a comfy lounge area with a smart TV (Bring your own password) for relaxed evenings. The main bedroom is a true retreat with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and a walk-in closet.

Step outside to the back deck where you can unwind in the hot tub and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV (Bring your own password). The backyard is perfect for evenings around the fire pit, with Adirondack chairs and benches for stargazing. There's also a BBQ grill and picnic table for outdoor dining.

Just a short walk away, you'll find picnic tables and a spot to launch watercraft (though no fishing or swimming allowed).
We’ve got you covered with complimentary coffee, tea, toiletries, and laundry supplies to make your stay hassle-free. You’ll have access to the whole house, except for the shed.

Strictly enforced:
1. Head Count Policy: The number of guests must match the number listed in your reservation. An inaccurate count of guests may result in the termination of the reservation.
2. Pet Policy: If you are bringing a dog, please make sure it is included in your reservation. Dogs not listed in the reservation will not be allowed. Max of 2 dogs.
3. Hot Tub Use: Please review and acknowledge our hot tub policy which will be sent to you a couple of days before your reservation date or ask us ahead of time. This is essential for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
4. Quiet Hours: We have designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Guest access:
You will have access to the whole house except for inside the shed.
Exploring the woods will be at your discretion.

Other things to note:
The common area has a volleyball court, a picnic area, and a boat ramp.
Do you have a boat or a jet ski you'd like to launch into the lake? No problem, you don't have to go far cos the common area is essentially across from our property.

Rules to follow, per association:
1. Must have at least 2 weeks' notice to schedule for boat ramp or picnic area to use.
2. No parking inside the common area.
3. Must conclude events and clean up the area before dark.
4. No fishing or swimming; strictly launch of watercraft only.
5. Your watercraft or vehicles cannot be parked on the street. Park your watercraft right next to our shed and cars on the driveway. It fits 4 vehicles.

We would not want you to clean but we're only asking for reasonable things like turning off the lights and TVs and locking up upon your check-out.
