Charming 3 bedroom chalet within walking distance to Lake Huron beaches, boardwalk and trails. Deck, gas grill, fire pit all surrounded by beautiful woods and wild life. This cozy home has soaring ceilings, natural light. Gather on the spacious deck to end your evenings with a bonfire in your private wooded surroundings. Near the Au Sable River, Kayak and canoe rentals and 330 miles of hiking trails, amazing bird watching, cedar lake, and Lake Huron.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Return all patio cushions to the deck box, cover grill and turn off propane tank. Return all grilling supplies to original areas.

The cleaning fee covers normal and usual cleaning. An additional cleaning fee for excessive dirtiness starting at increments of $50. Guests are expected to keep the area tidy throughout their stay.

Keep house free of sand as much as possible, shake off sandy shoes and towels before entering the home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-Entrance outdoor security cameras are on. -Inform host of any dogs that will be staying at the property. $100 pet dog per stay for up to 4 days.

-No hunting on property or anywhere within the association. -Do not clean or gut fish or animals on my property or anywhere within the association.

-Shed is not available for guest use as well as the supply closet in the hallway. Both are locked and should remain locked during stays.
