We enjoyed our stay. Place was very secluded, which was what we were looking for since we were traveling with our Aussie. The only issue for me personally, but not fault of owner, is that the place is heavily surrounded with poison ivy which made it difficult to let dog roam.( I’m extremely allergic and have gotten it from animals after they have been in it) We did however find a local Elementary school that we were able to run off her energy. The stream by cabin was nice. Thank you.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. The host was amazing and incredibly communicative, we appreciated how easy they made everything! Our dogs enjoyed the river and hanging at the fire at night. We appreciated having a safe place with gorgeous views! I would stay there again and hope we will be welcomed back in the future. What a spectacular view! The back porch faces a mountain stream which is situated directly across from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The sound of the creek is so therapeutic. I will add a few disclaimers, however. The inside of the cabin was not very clean and it smelled of "wet dog." We also found a dead mouse in the bathroom and quite a few bugs in the tub/shower combo. Having said all that, Chris, the property manager/owner is delightful to work with! He gave us all the information we needed for the surrounding area (restaurants, attractions, etc.) while giving us space to enjoy our vacation. No micro-managing and a carefree, laidback environment!

We had an amazing time at the lullaby waterfall cabin! The kids loved playing outside and in the creek. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils or pans you need. We hope we are able to come back to stay again sometime!

Born & raised in the Jones Cove area of Sevier County on a farm who are original settlers in these mountains. Grew up, went west (cal.), decided to paint (oil on canvas) smoky mt. scenes. Returned home and opened a gallery in downtown Gatlinburg in the early seventies. After about 25 years started cabin rental biz., "Garden of Eden Cabins" & have been doing it for about 30 years now and hope to host your stay!

Why they chose this property

Well..., it does border over 500,000 uninhabited (man) acres with a large mountain trout filled creek. Abundant wildlife, wildflowers, fauna, mature woods. Away from town but still within min. to all towns, not only in East Tn., but Western N C as well!

What makes this property unique

Large mountain (trout) creek bordering the National Park with plenty of wildlife. Easy acess to interstate (40). Away from the crowds but still close to towns without being in the boonies. 3 miles to, the park entrance. Pet friendly (gravel rd. circles property for 1/3 mile, for walks through woods & lawn/flower/veggie gardens). The cleanist place you can stay at. Very reasonably priced. has pourches overlooking creek into the park!
