4-bedroom, 2-bath home in a safe, pleasant neighborhood within walking distance to Notre Dame Stadium. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and daily essentials with easy access everywhere. Features central heating and cooling, a fully fenced backyard with patio deck and BBQ grill. Layout includes 2 beds/1 bath on the main floor and 2 beds/1 bath in the basement.
For football weekends or major events, free parking is available at 1609 Oak Park Dr (15-minute walk to the stadium), and if you need more beds just let me know ahead of time.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

The house was located close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and tidy. We brought our 2 dogs and enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Beds were comfortable and king bed had a nice mattress topper. Instructions for entry and departure were clear and easy. Had a nice stay.

Ok for football tailgate stay

This is an older home, so you can hear the beautiful wood floors. Plenty of plates and glasses, not many pans for cooking. The downstairs beds are fine for kids. Everything was clean! Plenty of sitting room.

House met basic needs for sleeping for our ND football weekend, Great TV too. But Advertised that it sleeps 12–but would only sleep 8 comfortably. Could improve basic amenities-only 4 coffee mugs. Front of house seemed bit neglected. However, nice beds, hot shower,

There are 2 couches in living room that can sleep 2 more, have to bring sleeping pats if over 10 guests. There are plenty of glasses and cups in kitchen.
