Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly 2,725 sq ft home located in a peaceful neighborhood. Nestled in a serene area yet centrally positioned to Southern California's renowned attractions. Freeways 5, 22, 55, 57, 91 and 405 are close by.
Outside, our spacious backyard is a paradise for children with many outdoor games. The fenced yard provides a safe and secure area for playtime, while the patio area is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors on our barbecue grill or simply basking in the California sunshine.
Our home is also pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to join in on the fun. We provide amenities such as toys, cots, cute crates, food bowls, water dispenser and a large dog house outside to ensure their comfort and enjoyment during your stay.
Home comes with an EV Charger Level II that you are able to use at no extra cost.

• Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed and 1 Crib - 2 Adults Fit
• Secondary Bedroom: 1 King Bed - 2 Adults Fit
• Kids Bedroom: Twin Bunk Bed and 1 Full Bed - 2 Kids and Perhaps 2 People or Kids on the Full bed.
• Detached Bedroom: 1 - King Bed - 2 Adults Fit
** Has a private entrance and is detached from the main home. There is no bathroom in the room so you must go to the main house if you need to use.**
• Living Room: 1 Twin Ottoman Pull Out Bed - 1 Person
• Family Room: 1 Queen Pull Out Sofa - 2 Adults
***There are 2 Twin Rollaway Beds Also Available***

Each bedroom has a Smart TV and all mattresses are memory foam.
This home is located in an area with a lot of greenery and wild life. Please be aware that there are lizards roaming around the property, there may be bugs outside, you may see other wild life like: squirrels, raccoons, opossums, coyotes, etc.
We do pest control monthly to prevent critters from going inside home but it is not 100% guaranteed. You must be ok with this prior to booking as we have no control over mother nature.

Why they chose this property
This is a really tight nit neighborhood that is friendly and quiet. There's a joke that you see more people walking their dogs than you see cars driving by.
Because this neighborhood is very serene, we don't tolerate parties or noise nuisances - ESPECIALLY during quiet hours: 10pm to 8am. In this case, our neighbors and neighborhood take priority over our guests so just be respectful, friendly and enjoy the home.
