Pet Friendly Beautifully Appointed End Unit Overlooking The Tropical Pool!

This tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished third floor end unit is ideally situated overlooking the beautiful tropical lagoon and pool and just a short stroll to the community beach access. The primary bedroom has a King bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twins in the third with additional sleeping available with the living room sleeper sofa. Features include cable TVs in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans throughout and a large, private balcony. A full size washer and dryer are located in your private laundry room just outside your front door. The complex offers two large pools for all guests, an Oceanside Pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. A large gazebo, located between the beach and the ocean pool, offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs. Ocean Villas Condominium Community is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Great Beach Condo

Reviewer Comments: Spent Christmas week and had a very nice time... here are some helpful details..- space is nice with view of pool... a little wear and tear- very clean- the best in room amenities I have ever seen... cups, plates, utensils, pans, pots, coffee makers, etc tons!!!- plenty of pillows, towels, linens, and clean- plenty of beach towels, decent chairs, toys- easy access in gated community... can walk to restaurants, close to grocery stores- pools are nice and clean ,,, but the water was cold... was better later in day- make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo, lotion, extra paper products- no gymOverall very pleased and would come back!

Great location

The pools and beach were just a few minutes from unit! This place had everything. One of the kitchen set ups just like home. Lots of pots & Pans in new condition, more the enough dishes, cooking utensils and silverware! Everything was clean .we would rent again if not on third floor! Elevator was at the other end of the building but we managed at 75 to make it work!

Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay right on the beach.The grounds are very well only problem was the pet fee $250+25 for extra house cleaning so it ended up being $306 that's with tax and that's alot considering my dog doesn't cause in messes in the condo at all ! The couch needs to be replaced in #96.

It is a fantastic location and has both a heated pool and a regular pool. Beach is just over the dunes.
