Our ground floor 3 bedroom oasis will have you in that relaxed vacation state of mind in no time!

Located in the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club complex.
If you are more the sun bathing type, the outdoor swimming pool is just a short stroll from our sliding glass door and patio. It's ideal for enjoying a good book.
And amazing St. Augustine Beach is just about 150 steps down the private boardwalk from the back of the pool deck.

Our apartment has one large master bedroom with en suite bath, and 2 separate bedrooms with a shared second bath.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined to make a king.
The third bedroom is down the hallway and has a full size bed.
The "split layout" makes for ideal privacy and quiet between the bedrooms.

The kitchen has every modern convenience.

Roku 4K TV with Neflix and other smart TV features plus standard cable and internet with wifi all included.

Sorry, but the condominium rules forbids short term renters from bringing their pets. A minimum of a one month booking is required of any guest wishing to bring a pet.

There is a strict 8 person (including small children) maximum occupancy for sleeping over through the night.

Perfect for our Christmas Vacation.

Great location with quick access to the beach, the club house, and numerous local establishments. The guidance for check-in/check-out was simple, the property manager was highly responsive, and the condo had everything my family needed. Super clean place, great location, family environment. Large condo with all the amenities, close walk to the beach (about 75 steps to walkway, 2 pools, plenty of parking. Great stay and we will be back.

It was like home.

Best vacation ever!

This was the perfect getaway. Short walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful! And it is close to Old Town for sightseeing - the Trolley ride is a must-do! The condo was every we expected and more! My whole family loved it so much! We will be back!

The condo is on the first floor. Very close to pools and beach walk. However, the code into the apartment did not work. It took 45 minutes to get that straightened out. The closet door to the furnace kept falling off. The patio and cushions were not clean. The place was decorated very cute. Comfortable beds.Alexa and automatic lights everywhere. Plenty of parking.

We spent a month here, the second year in the same unit. Though the weather was cooler & rainier, we enjoyed our time. The condo is close to most everything, yet just enough off the main road that you don’t feel the hecticness. And being directly on the beach is always the best.

Very spacious condo

Will definitely return! The condo is perfect for families with kids. Also the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need to prepare meals. I really liked that there were beach towels and a beach wagon.
