Barbecue on the back deck and enjoy the cozy yard or sit on front porch. If you want to eat out only 2 miles from downtown with local restaurants. Also Basic City Beer which provides music. Short drive to Wintergreen Resort or Massanutten Resort and Water Park. Drive the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoy the scenery and quaint stops with cabins or trails. A mile from greenway or fishing in local river. Drive 15 minutes over the mountain to many beautiful breweries or wineries. Go a little further and enjoy all the city of Charlottesville has to offer and don't forget Thomas Jefferson Monticello.

The house was newer but there were several things that were sub par. Broken tiles in bath, scuffed up walls throughout and very squeaky floor in kitchen/dining area
