Retreat to total quiet only 15 minutes from downtown Eugene or University of Oregon. Enjoy country surroundings with deer, turkeys, hawks, geese, and an occasional coyote howl.

This 2000 sq.ft. 8 year old custom built home is internationally flavored and has a large easy-working and fully-appointed kitchen. There are three large bedrooms (2 upstairs, one down) with comfortable beds. Covered porches front and back. Large southern exposure courtyard with lots of flowers. Paved drive and parking

12mile Ridgeline Trail system, 2000’ Spencer Butte Trail, and Cascade Raptor Center just 5 minutes away. 15 minute drive to Hayward Field/UO
