We welcome you to `The Farmhouse,` your charming, cow-tastic retreat in Richmond, Virginia! This private, two-story single-family home offers a cozy haven for up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms and delightful bovine-themed decor.

Upon entering, you`ll be greeted by a spacious living room flooded with natural light, perfect for gatherings offering ample couch and comfy chair seating.

Entertainment options abound with a large flat-screen TV equipped with a Roku and a selection of board and card games.

The master bedroom beckons with its luxurious king bed, ample dresser space, and en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV and Roku for everyone`s preferred entertainment pleasure!

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom boasts another plush queen bed.

Ascend the carpeted stairs to discover the fourth and fifth bedrooms, providing additional sleeping arrangements with two twin beds in one room and a queen bed in the other.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked hospitality closets housing our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any tampering with the locks may result in a fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
