Minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and beach parking, only a 5 min drive or a 10 min bike ride.
This condo is new construction (2024) and part of the highly sought after Ocean View Beach Club, the closest beach club in Ocean View from Bethany beach.
The Ocean View Beach club offers a large outdoor pool (perfect for kids) sauna, steam room, locker rooms, billiards, basketball/pickleball court. Clubhouse access is available by purchasing wristbands for $38 per person per week. To purchase see Will or April at the clubhouse. The blue key card hanging on hook can be used to enter clubhouse.
The gym is fully stocked w cardio equipment, a squat rack, Dumbells up to 75lbs, a sauna and steam room in the locker rooms, full showers, basketball and pickleball courts and more.
The condo is close to a variety of golf courses and restaurants from high end to trendy. A perfect family vacation destination with plenty of space, room for grandparents or two families with kids.
