Your vacation awaits. This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 4-bath, two-story home in the sort after resort of Ocean View Beach Club awaits. Relax with your family and friends in this home built for entertainment in a community with so many amenities, you will struggle to decide what to do. Nestled just minutes from Bethany Beach and area restaurants, Ocean View Beach Club has it all. Large outdoor pool, fitness center, vibrant clubhouse, library, shuttle service to downtown Bethany, need I say more?

The home has a large garage for vehicle storage or beach equipment, chef's kitchen generously stocked with all you need to cook, designated dining area, comfortable living space, back patio with a gas firepit and grill, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, the owner's suite with full bathroom, king bed and a wonderful soaking tub, bedroom two has a queen bed, bedroom three has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 queens. FOUR full bathrooms total in this home.
The loft area allows for additional living space for relaxing. The driveway holds four medium size cars, designated workspace in the downstairs office has an extra bed if needed but is not considered a bedroom. Washer and dryer can be found in the utility closet on the second floor.

All guests access the home from the smart lock on the front door; codes are given out the morning of your arrival.

To use the amenities at the clubhouse, the user must pay $38 per week, per person for anyone 6 years or older. They must be purchased from the clubhouse with a credit card only. All guests staying at SeaScape Rental properties will be automatically on the list, so you do not need to bring proof of rental contract. All amenities are available for guests except the indoor pool, which is for residents only.

A weekend shuttle operates in the community taking guests to the Bethany Beach boardwalk free of charge.

In an effort to keep costs down, this rental does not supply linens or towels. If you want to bring your own, please do. If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) please let us know after you book. The cost for this service is $200 total, payable to our cleaning division.

The unit was just what we were looking for. Super spacious. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great gear for the beach and not too far from the clubhouse/pool. Would highly recommend this property.

Extended family gem

Plenty of very comfortable sleeping and living space for our large extended family/friends that stayed with us. Great kitchen amenities to include an awesome blender and ample dishes and utensils. Property manager was accessible for a couple of questions we had. Would stay here again in the future.

Exactly what we were looking for!

The home accommodated our needs well, it was large enough for our group of 8 and the home was well maintained. The clubhouse was great and we used the pool, fitness center, and pickleball court on a regular basis. We used the beach at Indian River daily and that was about a 12 minute drive, you can get to the beach in less time if you go to the boardwalk, but parking could be challenging there. The home is also very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house

This is our 4th year staying at Bethany Beach and this house is the best house we have stayed in. The house was so clean. It was spacious enough for the 6 adults and 5 children that stayed in the house. The location was great. It seemed central to everything - 5 minutes to the grocery store (Giant), 5 minutes to coffee and restaurants, less than 10 minutes to the beach. The clubhouse was really nice and the pool was large and spacious. The clubhouse and pool were about a 5 minute walk from the house. Communication was fast and the host was always available when we had a question. We are looking forward to staying at this house in the future.

Perfect beach getaway- Book Now!

We stayed here with my family and my brother’s family. It was absolutely amazing. We had four adults and four children. The home was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. All four bedrooms were upstairs and an office downstairs with a double bed as well. It was beautifully decorated and made us truly feel rested. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need even spices and coffee. The location was only ten minutes from downtown Bethany and 15 from fenwick which was great. You can walk to the pool and gym from the house (only Downside the 38 pp for the week at the pool) We would definitely stay here again.
