Nice cabin just in front of a peacful river. Immersed in nature but still within driving distance to cool city activities (check out downtown Staunton and Devil's Backbone Brewery). Would stay here again!
The cabin was new and clean. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. A creek was right behind the cabin and the sound was so relaxing. We loved the fire pit and the porch overlooking the creek. There are other cabins nearby but everyone just enjoyed their space! The host’s communication was excellent.
The cabins are great for couples. My wife and I had a great weekend here. If you are looking for a place to out away from things and quiet then I recommend it.
Jerry reached out after I checked in to make sure everything went ok and he asked if I needed anything. The cabin was in such a serene setting and I was able to unwind while I was there. Will definitely go back in the future!
The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cabins were closer together than I expected, but they’ve done a great job at still making it seem very private. The river was shallow, so the pups really enjoyed walking in it. Jerry was always very responsive, as was Chris who we met when we arrived. Overall a great stay!
We enjoyed every moment at the cabin! It is spacious and yet cozy on the inside. Everything we could need was provided and top-notch quality. Our dogs loved going in the creek right out our door. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back again!
the cabins are closer together than we expected but we were the only ones there that weekend, had a lovely time sitting by the fire listening the the creek
Beautiful cabin with all new construction and great amenities. Glamping at its finest. Had some trouble getting here, the directions were a bit unclear but otherwise a wonderful relaxing experience.
