Our newly constructed home is designed for comfort, style, and entertainment, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

**Main Floor:** Features a bright, open-plan layout combining the kitchen, living, and dining areas into one seamless space, perfect for group gatherings.

**Outdoor Oasis:** Your private backyard includes a sparkling pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a built-in grill for outdoor dining.

**Views:** Enjoy beautiful views of the downtown skyline from three separate porches, including second and third-floor balconies.

**Game Room:** An upstairs game room provides extra fun with a ping pong table.

The house is in great condition and close to the city and other areas we wanted to visit. Easy access to Mo PAC. It is clean and spacious and well supplied. The host communicates well and responsive to any requests. We would stay here again!

Great Deep Eddy / Downtown Location

We stayed here and hosted our daughters 13th Bday party - amazing place for families and those wanting access to downtown, festivals etc. Will be staying again

Perfect for our family!

We loved this place! It was amazing! It had everything we could have wanted! Perfect location! The kids loved the pool and hot tub! It was clean and everything was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the house more!

As Advertised!

This house was absolutely great! So close to everything in downtown ATX and nearby trails. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for family of four. Pool and hot tub were great to cool off in and enjoy outside time. Refrigerator was not working prior to our arrival, got notified before we arrived and a replacement was put in garage to get us through our stay until they could get one replaced. Great communication and 5 star all around!

Just perfect for us!

Came to Austin for a swim meet at UT, needed a place for my hubby and I, 18 yr old son and two coaches. This house turned out to be even better than expected. Plenty of space for everyone so we weren't in each others' way, the pool and hot tub were perfect for our athlete's recovery time, and after competition at UT every day we all came back and enjoyed the ping pong table on the third floor. I've stayed in a lot of nice VRBO's but this one might be the most thoughtfully done. Everything you need and then some. Beds super comfy. Had a tiny concern about road noise nearby but house is quality new construction so very sound proof. Everything was just a short drive away. Got our groceries at the nearby HEB store which is also fabulous. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home on the highway

This house is gorgeous, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our girls trip (childhood friends now in middle age!) in lots of ways. However, there were two downsides to the house that you should know before booking. One is that the house is directly on a 3 lane highway access road, with cars going upwards of 60 mph and no sidewalk. It is unwalkable, though we did frogger across the highway to get to the running path (which you should not do alone because it is very isolated before it gets to the main part by the river). The other is that the hot tub didn't get hot enough to use for most of our trip. The weather was unusually cold, so the pool was frigid, which would have been fine if we hadn't had to wait hours for the hot tub to heat up--or not. It's not covered so perhaps that was the problem, but a hot tub isn't much good if it's not hot, and for us the pool/hot tub was the selling point of the house. As lovely a house as it is, we wouldn't have chosen such an isolated and unwalkable location without the hot tub, so it was a bummer. The property manager was very responsive and made good faith efforts (and gave us our cleaning fee back as a gesture of good will). Again, the house is lovely, just not well located if you want to be outside at all. And don't expect to use the hot tub if its cold out.

A very pleasant oasis for our family to gather. The pool was just the right size. Tbe kitchen had all the amenities for us to create meals. The grill was a nice touch for our steaks. Location was handy. The linens were ample. Would stay there again.
