First of all. This is the first negative review i've written. The place is advertised at New. It's anything but. A fresh coat of paint on the inside but that was the only thing new. There were no supplies, i.e. toilet paper, garbage bags, clothes hangers. The barbecue and oven were filthy. The place was like an oven on inside. The downstairs fan did not work and fan in master fan in upstairs didn't help. Added to the general run down nature of the rental there is also construction close by. It was on the ocean but that was about all that was true. I spent about 3100 for three nights and it was not worth it.
