Aside from a very sleek loft unit with 2 TV's, high speed Wifi and YoutubeTV, you'll find yourself in the middle of WaterWay Village with restaurants, bars, breweries, yoga, coffee shop, music venues, and 6/10th of a mile to the Gulf State Park. The Sandpiper loft is pet friendly (see details); a pet fee is required.

My overall stay was great. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the bed was comfortable, but it needed a mattress pad. It was extremely clean.
