Serene Cape Cod Getaway On A Private Sandy Road - Bayside. Minutes to beaches!

Saturday check in Only. Our Home is located in North Eastham, just off of Route 6, and access to Wilson ave. is also possible avoiding route 6 and following herringbrook to Massasoit to aspinet road. Wilson ave. is on a sandy road, minutes to the bay beaches, national seashore, and bike trail. The home is new and beautifully furnished with air conditioning and the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying a meal afresco on the deck in the evening. On cool nights enjoy our new cast iron gas fireplace with a good book in your hand. There are three rooms for sleeping. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and a newly built sunroom has two comfortable daybeds for lounging and reading during the day and a perfect sleeping area at night with two twin beds. The living room is equipped with tv, DVD, Netflix, Hulu, etc. WiFi signal works throughout the property to lounge outdoors in the hammock on your laptop or phone. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking essentials for preparing meals at home. A grill for outdoor cooking and lots of seating areas outside to relax with nature. Enjoy our hammock area while you watch the sun setting in the western sky and listen to the birds as they settle in for the night. Stroll through the stunning perennial gardens after a cool outdoor shower while the grill is fired up for dinner!

Massachusetts requires a new tax of 14.45%. On all booking that must be paid by Guests and is not included in the daily rate of the bookings.

Peaceful and Serene

Excellent property and hosts. The house was clean and well appointed. Appreciated that linens and towels were provided and that there were beach accessories as well. The best part of the house was the wonderful yard that provided privacy and serenity. We wanted a quiet peaceful week and this was a great choice. The communications with the hosts was fantastic and they were responsive and accomodating on all levels.

Clean Comfortable Cottage - Great Owners

Our family of four was delighted to find a clean, comfortable cottage that was move in ready. The owners were responsive and kind, helping us with initial questions as we settled in. Quiet street, big yard, great outdoor shower. Great location for biking and beach. There are only two rooms - one is a suite with a queen bed and two single beds (no door between them so no privacy) and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
